Two posts back-to-back, and well, hopefully this is more lighthearted. Debt-clearing.Instructions: Do the quiz. What is the most scandalous thing you've done? I don't know...unless you include all the times I put subtle sexual innuendoes in my speech...and people not picking it up that quickly. 2. Who is the person who trust most? Eric Tay. He's a great friend, and though not exactly tightlipped as I hoped, he gives great advice. 3. Do you think you have enough confidence? For the record, no. Remember the little boy story? ...well...who cares if you read this. Most probably you're not and will dismiss this post as a waste of time anyway. The little boy went to a party. He was invited, though he wasn't that close a friend to the person. Still, out of courtesy, he got a present for the person. He knew roughly what the person liked, yet he can't be too sure he was right. Still, out of courtesy, he bought what he thought was a nice present. The day came, and the little boy went to the party. The party wasn't exactly robust, but neither was it really dead. Still, out of courtesy, he tried to interact with the others...at least, those he knew. But, it didn't quite work out and the little boy sat in a corner and started reading a book he brought along. It was lonely, sitting there reading a book alone, but he couldn't really do anything. Still, out of courtesy, he went for the cake cutting session. He clustered with the people he knew, and stood at a distance from the birthday person. He did so not because he was cold and emotionless, but because he was shy. The birthday song soon came along. The boy muttered out the words softly, knowing that he daren't sing out loud...even if anyone coaxed him to do so. The cake was soon cut and it was not long before the boy had to leave. He soon left, with some other people that he knew. But once again, after approximately 5 minutes later, he was all alone again...walking. So, the boy walked...and pondered... Sometimes I wonder what is going on in my life. Sometimes, I wonder what I'm doing to my life. Putting up a facade is something I'm great at doing, yet at no time am I supposed to put it down, lest the consequences that follow it. How I wish there was a butterfly effect in my life, where I could hav changed some things that I had done and make them right. Like, paying attention and being more social. I don't know why...but recently, I've been hooked onto Madonna's 4 Minutes (in fact, it's my blog song now). Perhaps it's 'cos Ellen DeGeneres has been dancing to that song on her talk show (which is fabulous, if you've never watched it), or maybe it's 'cos of the movie I watched yesterday...Get Smart.Anywho, just go listen to it xD. A little kid was sitting by himself by the window, watching all the rest of the kids play at the playground.He so wanted to join them, yet he didn't have the courage to do so. Finally, after a long time of contemplating, he decided to go down to ask the other kids if he could join them. Yet, when he reached the playground, the other kids were all gone. The little kid then went to sit on the swing, wondering whether he should go up since no one else is here. Another kid who was nearby saw the little kid sitting at the swing and felt sorry for him.
